Job summary

SCR is seeking passionate Childrens Support Workers to join a flexible full-time team. You will work to deliver care and support the young person's emotional wellbeing, helping them exercise choices, rights and decisions.

A full UK driving licence is required. Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is helpful but not essential. We value empathetic, calm, non-judgemental team players with a can-do attitude. Sleep-ins may be required.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is great but not essential.
• 6 months minimum experience working in a similar setting.
• Empathetic person who is non-judgemental and calm.
• Dedicated and committed with a 'can-do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of care at all times and support the Young Persons emotional wellbeing.
• Help service users maximise their choices, rights and decisions.
• Work as part of a team to support service users.
