Job summary

SCR is seeking passionate Childrens Support Workers for flexible hours. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support the emotional wellbeing of young people, helping them maximise their choices, rights and decisions.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence; Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is preferred but not essential; around 6 months in a similar setting; empathetic, non-judgemental and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is great but not essential
• 6 months experience working in a similar setting
• Empathetic people person who is non-judgemental and calm
• Dedicated and committed with a "can-do" attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of care at all times.
• Support the Young Persons emotional wellbeing.
• Help service users maximise their choices, rights and decisions.
