Job summary

SCR is seeking passionate Childrens Support Workers for a flexible full-time position in the United Kingdom. You will join a team to deliver high-quality care and support the emotional wellbeing of young people. The role focuses on empowering service users to exercise their rights and decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a driving licence and experience in similar settings. Training, a supportive team environment, and rota-based shifts including possible sleep-ins are provided.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care/Children & Young People qualification is helpful but not essential.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar setting.
• Empathetic, non-judgemental and calm approach.
• Dedicated with a can-do attitude.
