• Experience in a residential setting undertaking full range of duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide a caring and accepting environment for young people.
• Assist with assessment needs and plan interventions.
• Maximize educational opportunities for young residents.
• Undertake primary responsibility for complex cases.
• Supervise less experienced staff according to trust policies.
• Plan and prep shift rotas.

Skills

Good standard of written and oral English

Education
