Due to sustained growth and a change in direction, our client is expanding their national residential surveying team and is seeking Residential Building Surveyors / Residential Surveyors to deliver RICS Home Surveys Level 2 & 3 and associated residential valuations.

Role Overview – Residential Surveyor / Valuation Surveyor

• RICS Home Surveys Level 2 (HomeBuyer Reports)
• RICS Home Surveys Level 3 (Building Surveys) (training available)
• Residential Valuations (VRS compliant)
• Condition, defect, and construction assessments
• Autonomous, home-based working with full technical and admin support
• Surveyors benefit from a strong pipeline of in-house residential survey instructions, generated through an integrated property services platform covering surveys, mortgages, conveyancing, removals, and online auctions.

Candidate Requirements AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS

• VRS Registered Valuer
• Experience as a Residential Surveyor / Building Surveyor
• Competent in RICS Level 2 surveys
• Level 3 experience beneficial (support provided)
• Strong residential construction and building pathology knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
