Job summary

Priory Group is seeking an Activity Coordinator at Wigginton Cottage to join a dedicated team offering structured activities for residents. The role is part-time with a 15-hour week, starting around 9:30am and includes a 1-hour unpaid break.

You will plan a varied calendar of activities, support up to eight adults with complex needs, and ensure records and budgets are managed in line with Priory values.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and organising activities, events or trips.
• Ability to support individuals with varied needs in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate a varied programme of activities, trips and holidays across a 12-month calendar.
• Support up to eight residents with varied needs, adapting activities to promote inclusion.
• Maintain activity planners, posters and evidence files to reflect regulatory requirements.
• Manage activity expenditure and budget to provide meaningful opportunities.
