Priory Group's Wigginton Cottage in Tamworth is seeking an activities coordinator to join our caring team. You will plan and coordinate a varied programme of activities, trips and holidays across a 12-month calendar, coordinating with residents' needs to ensure inclusion and engagement.
You will support up to eight residents with diverse needs, adapt activities accordingly, and maintain records to meet regulatory requirements and Priory values.

Wigginton Cottage is seeking an activities coordinator to join our team.
2 x 8-hour days, or hours divided across 3 days, may be considered. There is some flexibility around start and finish times, with shifts generally starting from around 9:30am onwards to accommodate service user preferences. A 1-hour unpaid break applies each day.
Wigginton Cottage, Tamworth, Staffordshire is a residential service supporting 8 adults with a range of needs. It is located in a village setting and is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes and nearby rail links into Tamworth. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents.

Experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with complex support needs, with experience planning and organising activities, events or trips. You’ll be able to adapt activities to meet individual needs and preferences, while maintaining accurate records and working within relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
