Job summary

Priory Group's Wigginton Cottage is seeking an Activity Coordinator to support up to eight residents with varied needs. You’ll plan and coordinate activities, manage records, and monitor budgets within a part-time, permanent role.

The position is 15 hours weekly, with options for two 8-hour days or split across three days. A vehicle is recommended due to the rural location of Wigginton Cottage.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with complex support needs.
• Ability to plan and organise activities, events or trips.
• Ability to adapt activities to meet individual needs and preferences while maintaining accurate records and policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate a varied programme of activities, trips and holidays across a 12-month calendar.
• Support up to eight residents with varied needs, adapting activities to promote inclusion and engagement.
• Maintain activity planners, posters and evidence files to reflect regulatory compliance and Priory values.
• Manage activity expenditure through the CFA system within the annual budget.
