Job summary

Anchor is seeking an experienced Resident Involvement Lead to join our Involvement and Wellbeing team. This home-based role travels frequently across England to coordinate resident engagement and co-produce service improvements with residents and staff.

You will gather and analyse resident feedback, plan inclusive meetings, and influence decisions to shape services. A relevant degree or substantial experience is required, with a focus on accessibility and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering resident engagement activities with evidence of positive change.
• Understanding of the social housing sector and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to engage diverse communities using accessible approaches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver resident engagement activities in line with the resident voice strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Plan and facilitate accessible and inclusive resident meetings, events and consultations.
• Support resident involvement structures, ensuring diverse voices are heard.
• Co-produce improvements with residents and shape services.
• Gather, analyse and present feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and impact.
• Build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders to share best practice.
