Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Resident Involvement Officer to lead at a regional level in North London, promoting the Resident Involvement strategy and supporting residents to engage with our RI offer.

You will evidence, co-ordinate, facilitate and deliver RI activities for the region and nationally, acting as a consultant to teams on RI delivery, including training and motivating staff.

Competenze

• Lead regional promotion of the Resident Involvement strategy and support residents to engage in Clarion's RI offer.
• Evidence, co-ordinate, facilitate and deliver RI activities for the region and nationally.
• Consult teams on how RI is delivered at a local level, including training and motivating staff.
• Report on engagement, resident feedback and outcomes in line with regulation.
• Must be able to travel across the region as required.
