You will mentor staff on how to interact with residents, promote dignity, and foster relationships that celebrate individuality, with a supportive induction and ongoing training.
The role focuses on creating meaningful daily moments and building a warm, inclusive environment across our homes.
Competenze

- Care home experience is a plus
