Town and Country Housing is seeking a passionate Resident Engagement Officer to ensure resident voices shape our services. You will champion engagement, encourage participation, and support co-creation of service improvements across the organisation.

You will organise events, support resident scrutiny, analyse feedback, and work with teams to communicate outcomes through initiatives like You Said, We Did, and other channels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage a wide range of people.
• Experience supporting events, meetings, consultations or community engagement activities.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities and analyse information for trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engagement activities that shape and influence services.
• Organise and facilitate engagement events and resident scrutiny activities.
• Analyse resident feedback and report trends using various tools.
