Job summary

Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Limited in Stockport is seeking a part-time Scheme Manager to drive the customer journey from first contact to settling into our vibrant community in South Manchester.

You will promote resident involvement, deliver high quality, safe housing support services, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role requires strong communication, empathy, problem solving, and a valid driving licence due to travel.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (C or above) required.
• Travel is a requirement of the role; a full valid driving licence is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for resident engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote resident involvement and provide information on local services.
• Encourage residents to maintain wellbeing and independence through quality housing support services.
• Meet legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services activities to ensure safe homes.
• Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, service providers, contractors and residents.
• Coordinate delivery of local services to keep schemes clean, safe and well-maintained.
