Job summary

Yugo USA LLC in London is seeking a friendly Sales & Service Associate to join our student accommodation team. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering excellent customer service and helping with queries, issues and incidents in a busy on-site role.

In addition you’ll contribute to sales and marketing activities, maintain the resident database, and organise inclusive social events. A proactive, organised team player with MS Office skills will thrive here.

• Maintain safety and welfare of residents at all times.
• Plan and run social events for residents.
• Uphold health and safety duties as required by law.
