Job summary

Yugo in Central London is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic administrator to join our state-of-the-art student accommodation team. As Sales & Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling queries with empathy while contributing to sales and marketing plans and keeping the student database up to date.

You’ll help organise engaging student events and support operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Personable with a genuine passion for engaging with people.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to students living in residences.
• Respond to queries, complaints, issues and incidents; resolve or escalate as needed.
• Support sales and marketing activity to keep residences full.
• Follow and implement operating procedures.
• Ensure safety and welfare of all residents at all times.
• Organise and communicate social events for residents.
• Adhere to Health and Safety duties under the 1974 Act.
