Job summary

Yugo is seeking Student Ambassadors in Lancaster to help manage events, engage with the student community and promote activities across our spaces. You will support front desk inquiries, assist with monthly events, and contribute to a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

This role offers fixed-term, part-time hours that fit around your study timetable, with training provided and valuable CV-building experience within a student housing community.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in looking after your community and running events.
• Good general skills such as basic computer skills, communication, and some knowledge of social media.
• Reliable and trustworthy person who is friendly and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Help out with monthly events in line with our student calendars.
• Create social medial content and keep our community up to date and promote our events.
• Cover the front desk and help students with enquiries such as mail items.
• Help out with the look and feel of the building by reporting any issues and cleaning up if needed.
• General support to the maintenance team and assistance with check in and checkout.
• General admin support such as following up on email enquiries.
