Job summary

Citizen is seeking Concierge Officers in Coventry to join the in-house Concierge Team. The role offers permanent full-time and temporary options (38.5 hours/week, 12-hour shifts, 4 weeks days/nights).

Competitive salary £31,299 plus 15% shift allowance, with a strong emphasis on customer service and building safety. Successful candidates will monitor CCTV and access control, perform site checks, and work with colleagues to handle incidents and enquiries.

Qualifications

• Professional and positive approach to customer service.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on your own and in a team and be proactive in finding solutions.
• Full driving licence and ICT competence.

Responsibilities

• Proactive monitoring of CCTV and Access Control Systems to restrict access to authorised persons only.
• Conducting checks of sites to ensure they are safe and secure; walking between multiple sites as required.
• Work with colleagues to manage issues including evidencing/reporting of anti-social behaviour, hazards, building/fire safety matters and emergencies.
• Visible and accessible point of contact for enquiries; be proactive in directing and resolving queries.
• As part of the Concierge Team, assist, direct and find solutions to residents' questions.
