Job summary

Citizen Housing Group in Coventry is seeking Concierge Officers to join our in-house Concierge Team. You will help keep high-rise buildings safe while delivering a customer-focused service and supporting residents.

This permanent role offers a 38.5-hour week with a rolling day/night pattern. You will monitor CCTV, conduct site checks, handle enquiries, and work with colleagues to resolve issues. Full driving license and ICT competence are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactive monitoring of CCTV and Access Control Systems to restrict access to authorised persons only.
• Conducting checks of sites to ensure they are safe and secure. Need to be fit and healthy to undertake the walking of multiple sites when on duty.
• Working with colleagues to manage a range of issues including evidencing and reporting of anti-social behaviour, hazards, building/fire safety matters and assisting with emergencies.
• Visible and accessible point of contact for enquiries.
• As a member of the Concierge Team you will often be the first point of contact where you will be able to assist, direct and find a solution to queries.
