🌟 Join Our Team as a Resident Liaison Officer!

📍 Location: Croydon (Responsive Maintenance Division)

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our Wates team, supporting one of our social housing contracts. Based out of our Croydon office, you’ll be the friendly face and key point of contact for our residents, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout our maintenance programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
  • Attend regular meetings with client representatives and residents to maintain top-tier customer service.
  • Ensure a consistent and caring approach to customer interactions.
  • Act as the escalation point for tenant complaints and manage the resolution process.
  • Keep the on-site database updated to reflect ongoing works.
