Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join an external works project in Waltham Cross.

You will act as the main point of contact for residents, communicating planned works, schedules and potential disruption while building positive relationships and providing regular updates.

This role lasts approximately six months on a permanent contract, with a salary of £30,000–£34,000 and a comprehensive package; a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO).
• Experience on external works projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join an external works project in Waltham Cross for 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous RLO experience who enjoys working closely with residents, keeping them informed and ensuring works are delivered with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the external works programme.

• Build positive relationships with residents, providing regular updates and support throughout the project.
• Respond to resident queries, concerns and complaints, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly.

• Help ensure a positive resident experience throughout the project.

• Previous experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is essential.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
