Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join an external works project in Waltham Cross.

You will act as the main point of contact for residents, communicating planned works, schedules and potential disruption while building positive relationships and providing regular updates.

This role lasts approximately six months on a permanent contract, with a salary of £30,000–£34,000 and a comprehensive package; a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO).
• Experience on external works projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the external works programme.
• Communicate planned works, schedules and potential disruption clearly and effectively.
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide regular updates and support.
• Respond to resident queries, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Liaise with site teams, contractors and management to coordinate works and resolve issues.
• Carry out resident visits and maintain records of communications and feedback.
• Help ensure a positive resident experience throughout the project.
