Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support projects across London and surrounding areas. The role involves acting as the main point of contact for residents, communicating works and disruption, and coordinating access and appointments.

The successful candidate will have proven RLO experience, excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to manage resident enquiries and complaints while travelling between sites across North London,

Job Description - Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)

Location: North London, Slough and Greater London, with travel to our KT8 office as required

Salary: £36,000 + £4,560 annual car allowance

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support projects across London and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have strong RLO experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, site teams and clients.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
