Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join an external works project in Ealing for 6 months. You will be the main contact for residents, communicating schedules and potential disruption while maintaining positive relationships and accurate records.

Ideal candidates have prior RLO experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a full UK driving licence. The role is permanent; salary ranges between £30,000 and £34,000 plus a package.

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer is essential.

• Ability to manage resident concerns professionally and effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the external works programme.
• Communicate planned works, schedules and any potential disruption clearly and effectively.
• Build positive relationships with residents, providing regular updates and support throughout the project.
• Respond to resident queries, concerns and complaints, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly.
• Liaise with site teams, contractors and management to help coordinate works and resolve issues.
• Carry out resident visits and maintain accurate records of communications and feedback.
• Help ensure a positive resident experience throughout the project.
