Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to support a housing and refurbishment programme on a 3–6 month temp-to-perm basis in Birmingham.

You will be the main contact for residents, keeping them informed, supported and engaged from start to finish. Prior experience in social housing or refurbishment is required, with strong communication and an organised, proactive approach essential.

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or similar.
• Experience within social housing, refurbishment or maintenance.

Resident Liaison Officer – Temp to Perm

• £21.41 per hour (Umbrella)
• 3–6 month temporary contract with a view to permanent
• Full-time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer / Customer Liaison Officer to join a busy housing and refurbishment programme on a temp-to-perm basis.

You will act as the key point of contact for residents throughout works, ensuring they are kept informed, supported and engaged from start to finish.

The role will include:

• Liaising with residents before, during and after works
• Providing regular updates and managing resident expectations
• Dealing with queries, concerns and complaints professionally
• Carrying out resident visits and keeping accurate records

You must have:
