Job summary

Regen Solutions in Ware is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for a busy kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme. This temp-to-perm role places you as the main contact between residents and the site team, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service during all phases of the works.

You will liaise with residents, manage appointments, update on timescales, and handle queries, while coordinating with site staff and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer.
• Experience on social housing refurbishment projects, ideally kitchens and bathrooms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Empathetic and professional approach when dealing with residents.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with residents before, during and after works.
• Arrange and manage resident appointments and access.
• Keep residents updated on planned works and timescales.
• Handle resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Carry out pre- and post-works visits where required.

Pay: £23 per hour

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy team working on a kitchens and bathrooms refurbishment programme in the Ware area.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with strong resident-facing experience who is looking for long-term work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents and the site team throughout the programme of kitchen and bathroom works.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with residents before, during and after works are completed

• Arranging and managing resident appointments and access

• Keeping residents updated on planned works and timescales

• Handling resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally

• Carrying out pre- and post-works visits where required

• Working closely with site managers, supervisors and operatives
