Job summary

Skilled Careers is recruiting a Tenant Liaison Officer to join a social housing contractor on a contractual basis, working on upgrades with council housing stock in the Manchester area. You will be the main contact for residents, building strong relationships, coordinating appointments and providing regular updates.

This role requires experience in customer-facing tenancy work, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or tenant liaison role.
• Experience handling enquiries, complaints and requests.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in social housing or regeneration is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for residents during works.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate appointments and access with site teams.
• Keep residents informed of works and changes.
• Address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Support vulnerable residents and maintain records.
• Collect feedback and support satisfaction monitoring.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to service improvements and customer-first culture.
