Ian Williams Ltd in the North West is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer to support the Capital (Planned Works/Refurbishment) contract across Greater Manchester and Lancashire. You will be the main contact for residents, liaising with site teams and contractors to communicate progress and completion, and to uphold strong community relations.

You will need excellent communication, a full UK driving licence, and experience in liaison roles within property services.

Formación

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for residents and site teams/contractors.
• Communicate progress and completion of renovation works to residents and stakeholders.
• Maintain electronic records and produce reports on customer satisfaction and progress.
