Wates Property Services is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a high-profile planned maintenance programme for a social housing client on Canvey Island. You will be the main contact for residents, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the works.

You'll build strong relationships with residents, site teams and client stakeholders, manage enquiries, and arrange community engagement events while prioritising safety, quality and inclusivity.

Formación

• Experience in social housing, planned maintenance, construction or property services.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle, or willingness to use a vehicle rental until salary sacrifice applies.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the works.
• Build positive relationships with residents, client representatives and site teams.
• Provide clear, timely communication on upcoming works and programme changes.
• Arrange and attend resident consultations, visits and community engagement events.
• Manage resident enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Support vulnerable residents and understand individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and project communications.
• Work with site teams to minimise disruption and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
