Equans in Colchester is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be the key link between residents, site teams and project managers to minimise disruption and maintain positive relationships throughout planned works.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and proven experience in social housing, planned maintenance or construction environments, with strong communication, organisation and customer-focused approach.

Formación

• Proven experience as Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer, or similar resident-facing role.
• Experience in social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment, regeneration, or construction environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
• Coordinate access appointments and project communications.
• Act as primary contact between residents, site teams and client representatives.
• Distribute resident notices and project updates.
• Respond to resident enquiries professionally and escalate as needed.
• Support resident meetings, consultation events, open days and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, access arrangements and special requirements.
• Work with site managers to ensure residents' needs are understood during delivery.
• Promote Equans' commitment to excellent customer service and community partnership.
• Ensure residents' homes are treated with care and professionalism.
