Job summary

United Infrastructure invites an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to be the visible contact for residents during our social infrastructure works. You will engage through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days to keep communities informed and reassured.

You will coordinate handovers of keys to site teams, provide high-quality aftercare, and manage expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contractor or client-side resident liaison / community engagement role, preferably within planned / reactive maintenance or asset management.
• Able to manage difficult situations and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Must have UK driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Act as visible point of contact for customers using newsletters, meetings, visits and open days.
• Keep residents informed about works processes and changes, communicating updates clearly.
• Coordinate handovers of keys to site teams and provide high-quality customer aftercare.
• Manage expectations between residents, the client and operations teams.
