Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to be the visible point of contact for residents during works, keeping them informed through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days. You will coordinate handover of keys to site teams and ensure high standards of aftercare, managing expectations between residents, the client and the operations teams.

Experience in contractor or client-side liaison in maintenance or asset management is preferred; you will be resilient

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience with contractor or client-side resident liaison/community engagement, preferably in planned/reactive maintenance or asset management.
• Resilient under pressure and able to maintain discretion and respect in a public-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible point of contact for residents during works, engaging via newsletters, meetings, visits and open days.
• Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide high standard of customer aftercare.
• Communicate updates and changes to residents and manage expectations between residents, the client and operations teams.
