Job summary

United Infrastructure in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to act as the visible contact for residents and coordinate communications, meetings, visits, and open days. You will ensure residents understand works processes and updates, while handing over keys to site teams and delivering high-quality aftercare.

The role requires resilience under pressure, discretion, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a car, plus experience in contractor/client liaison or asset

Qualifications

• Experience in contractor/client liaison roles preferred.
• UK driving licence and own car required.
• Resilience under pressure and discretion in public-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible point of contact for residents via newsletters, meetings, visits and open days.
• Coordinate handover of keys to site teams.
• Provide high standard of customer aftercare and manage expectations between residents, the client and operations teams.
• Communicate updates and changes to residents and keep stakeholders informed.
