United Infrastructure invites applications for a Resident Liaison Officer to support our delivery of critical infrastructure projects across utility and social sectors in the UK.

The role focuses on maintaining transparent communication between residents, the client, the call centre and operations, ensuring high standards of service, timely issue resolution and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication with residents, clients, call centre and operations.
• Ability to address issues proactively and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with United Living HSE&Q standards, processes, company policies and legal requirements at all times.
• Promote and learn United Way of working; induct others into the process as required.
• Coordinate pre-start meetings with residents to discuss needs, materials and safety matters.
• Develop action plans from needs assessments with client representatives and site management.
• Communicate effectively with residents through notices, meetings and updates on scope and timings.
• Maintain property diaries, record-keeping, and log daily visits and outcomes.
