Job summary

United Infrastructure Group is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to act as the visible contact for residents across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. You will manage communications through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days, ensuring residents are kept informed about works processes and changes.

You will coordinate handover of keys to site teams, deliver high standards of aftercare, and manage expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident liaison or community engagement is preferred.
• Experience in contractor or client-side liaison in maintenance or asset management is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible point of contact for residents across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
