Savills is seeking an on-site Resident Services Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to residents in a build-to-rent development. You will coordinate front-of-house operations, handle applications to move in, conduct viewings, and liaise with residents and the local community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service to residents and visitors as the first point of contact.
• Quality control of amenity spaces and apartments to keep them well presented.
• Organise and host monthly residents' events and initiatives to build community.
• Engage with residents and facilitate resident-led events and quarterly meet and greets.
• Manage amenity space hiring and respond to rental enquiries; conduct tours and viewings.
