Job summary

Savills is seeking a Senior Residents Experience Assistant to manage on-site resident services for a new build-to-rent development in Perivale, West London. You will oversee front-of-house operations, liaise with residents, visitors and the local community, and ensure first-class service.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate events, perform tenancy check-ins, respond to enquiries, and maintain amenity spaces, driving a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service ethic and experience in front-of-house roles.
• Excellent written and spoken etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day resident services.
• Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors.
• Plan and run resident events and community initiatives.
• Quality control of amenity spaces and apartments.
• Organise and host monthly resident events and meet-and-greets.
• Respond to rental enquiries and conduct scheme tours/viewings.
• Log maintenance and coordinate contractor visits.
• Manage tenant communications and social channels.
• Support health and safety and upkeep across the development.
