Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to drive sales, occupancy and exceptional resident experience across our homes in England and Wales. You will lead relationship-building with residents, families and external partners while delivering strong revenue performance and a customer-centric culture.

You'll manage marketing events, report on weekly activity, and collaborate with management to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of spreadsheet and budget tracker usage; ability to spot trends in the market and problem-solve.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and team members.
• Professional and committed to delivering high-quality service in a care-home setting.
