Job summary

Ritz Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive Leasing Associate to join a busy property team on a temporary basis. You will be the first point of contact for residents and prospects, conducting viewings and guiding applicants through to leases.

You’ll combine sales skills with hospitality, delivering exceptional service while supporting move-ins, events, and daily resident support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role within hospitality, accommodation, leisure or similar environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding resident service.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills in a busy setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Engage with enquiries via phone, email, webchat, and in person.
• Convert leads into appointments, bookings, and leases.
• Follow up on applications, documentation, contracts, and payments.
• Support occupancy targets through proactive sales activity and relationship management.
• Provide warm, professional front-of-house service and be the trusted contact for residents.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, apartment visits and day-to-day resident support.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and update leasing systems; ensure spaces are presentation ready.
• Support health and safety compliance across the community.
