Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to deliver a premium resident experience at a UK community. You will manage viewings, enquiries and bookings, while building strong relationships with contractors and residents to exceed service expectations.

The role requires excellent customer service, fluent English, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment. On-site presence and flexibility are essential to support events and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales and leasing activities including viewings and enquiries.
• Plans daily activities to maximise leasing numbers.
• Converts leads into viewings and bookings to hit targets.
• Updates data capture systems accurately and promptly.
• Welcomes on-site enquiries with exceptional service.
• Follows up on documentation, contracts and payments.
• Supports resident events and move-in/out processes.
