Job summary

Greystar in Birmingham seeks a customer-focused team member to manage day-to-day property operations and tenancy administration, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and high occupancy. You will support front-of-house services, handle queries, and assist with events and community activities.

The role requires strong organisational skills, English fluency, and a proactive approach to landlord-tenant communications.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a customer facing service delivery role.
Good team player with strong relationship building and influencing skills.
Ability to act autonomously, taking decisions and/or action when required.
Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Works as part of a team, supporting and respecting other team members, to deliver exceptional resident living.
Supports the creation of a positive, memorable experience for residents.
Delivers all aspects of customer service, including a front of house service.
Responds to customer queries and complaints, following Greystar’s complaints procedure.
Supports events and activities within the Community.
Maintains relationships with University clients.
Keeps local knowledge and information resources up to date for resident needs.
