Job summary

Urbanbubble Ltd in Belfast is seeking a Community Host for a 12-month fixed-term contract to welcome residents and visitors, handling enquiries and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. This role runs on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off rolling rota with a focus on service excellence and safety.

You will bridge residents, maintenance teams and vendors, manage bookings, parcels, and events, and contribute to reporting and improving the resident experience across the community.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-focused, proactive.
• IT literate (MS Office and systems).

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community, delivering a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors.
• Maintain building safety and security through inspections and emergency procedures.
• Complete operational tasks to ensure compliance and support team KPIs.
• Support the resident journey to deliver an excellent living experience.
• Respond to enquiries and support viewings and applications.
• Assist prospects through to move-in and update listings.
