Job summary

Urbanbubble Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Community Host to be the welcoming face of The Whitmore Collection. You’ll handle enquiries, coordinate move-ins, and support leasing activities while ensuring a safe, friendly resident experience.

As Front of House, you’ll manage daily operations, assist residents and visitors, log maintenance requests, and work on a rota basis across 5 days out of 7. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-focused and proactive.
• Able to work independently and calmly handle issues.
• IT literacy including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the community, delivering a warm, professional welcome.
• Handle enquiries by phone/email/face-to-face.
• Assist with leasing tasks and move-ins.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and track actions.
• Support resident events and daily operations.
