Urbanbubble Ltd is seeking a Community Host for Bargate Quarter in Southampton. You will be the friendly face of the development, handling enquiries, supporting resident experiences and coordinating day-to-day operations on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will manage leasing tasks, safety checks, and building services, ensuring a welcoming, well-run environment for residents and visitors alike. This role requires strong customer service and independence.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-focused and proactive.
• IT literate and comfortable with MS Office.
• Able to work independently and handle issues calmly.

Responsabilités

• Act as the face of the community, delivering a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors.
• Maintain building safety and security through inspections and emergency procedures.
• Complete operational tasks to ensure compliance and support team KPIs.
• Support the resident journey to deliver an excellent living experience.
• Respond to enquiries and support viewings and applications.
• Deliver smooth move-in and move-out experiences.
• Handle resident enquiries, complaints and accounts.
• Log and manage maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors.
