Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a Resident Experience Co-Ordinator to design and deliver a high-quality activities programme that promotes social inclusion for residents and reflects the scheme’s needs. You will engage external partners and co-produce activities with residents to ensure inclusivity.

The role requires experience with older people, vulnerable groups, and strong digital skills with Microsoft Office. A creative, budget-minded approach will help maximise impact and outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• A good knowledge of older people and the issues pertaining to them.
• Experience of working with vulnerable people.
• A good level of digital skills and experience, including the use of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
• Experience of developing and delivering themed activities/events capable of engaging a diverse audience with diverse needs (desirable).
• Proven track record in delivering a creative and inclusive approach to older people's wellness and activities (desirable).
• Experience in managing budgets (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive a high quality, meaningful activities programme to promote social inclusion.
• Promote community engagement with external stakeholders and residents.
• Assist in developing models and procedures for effective engagement.
• Co-produce activities with residents to suit scheme/village needs.
