HC-One are seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and run engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings. You will support fundraising and work with the Home Manager to organise events with kindness at the core.

The role requires strong planning, organisational and IT skills, and a genuine ability to connect with people. Safeguarding training and a compassionate approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals and preferably developing activity programmes.
• Excellent planning and time management abilities.
• Kind and patient communication with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight residents.
• Support fundraising events and collaborate with the Home Manager.
• Encourage social interaction and involve the care home team with a positive, kind approach.
