Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents in our care homes. You will work closely with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and develop activity ideas based on Residents’ interests.

The role requires a warm, kind approach, excellent planning and IT skills, and a background in supporting vulnerable individuals. You will foster a respectful, inclusive atmosphere and help Residents socialise more confidently.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
• Strong planning and IT skills.
• Able to communicate with Residents and colleagues in a kind, considerate manner.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight Residents.
• Help the Home Manager organise fundraising events.
