Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for residents across dementia, nursing, and residential care homes. You will support fundraising events, encourage social interaction, and work closely with the Home Manager to create meaningful experiences with a kind and positive approach.

The role emphasises planning, organisational and IT skills, plus safeguarding awareness.

Qualifications

• Background with vulnerable individuals or care experience is desirable.
• Ability to plan and implement activities that delight residents.
• Excellent time management and willingness to learn safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to engage residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care.
• Help Home Manager organise fundraising events.
• Foster social opportunities for residents and involve care home team in activities.
