Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a Resident Experience Co-Ordinator in Southall to develop and deliver a varied activities programme for residents, co-producing activities with residents to promote inclusion and motivation. You will engage external partners to enhance community engagement within the scheme.

This role requires experience with older people and vulnerable individuals, strong digital skills, and a track record in delivering inclusive wellness activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of issues affecting older people.
• Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
• Strong digital skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience delivering themed activities/events for diverse groups (desirable).
• Experience in budgeting (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality activities programmes for residents to promote social inclusion.
• Co-produce activities with residents and engage external stakeholders for community engagement.
• Support development of models and procedures for effective engagement within the scheme.
• Promote resident involvement and ensure meaningful, enjoyable activities.
