Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of leasehold homes in London, ensuring maintenance, safety and excellent resident service. You will be the main point of contact for residents, managing service charges and coordinating with agents and contractors to deliver high quality, cost‑effective outcomes.

This role requires proactivity, strong communication, and the ability to balance operational delivery with compliance, legal knowledge and long‑term

Qualifications

• Experience managing leasehold, tenancy and property management responsibilities.
• Ability to build relationships with leaseholders and contractors and explain complex information clearly.
• Experience in budgeting, service charge management and compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Resident Engagement & Issue Resolution: address concerns and resolve disputes promptly.
• Community Building: host events and forums to encourage open communication with residents.
• Performance Management: collaborate to implement service improvements and KPI achievement.
• Service Charge Management: set and manage service charge budgets with transparency.
• Compliance & Safety: conduct estate inspections and ensure health and safety standards.
• Legal Knowledge: manage leases and management agreements ensuring compliance.
• Team Collaboration: work with building managers, housing officers, and complaints team.
