Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Housing Operations Manager to lead a team of housing and property professionals in London. The role focuses on delivering responsive, high-quality services, reflecting resident needs and meeting operational commitments.

You will act as a visible leader across housing management, leasehold services and managing agents, driving improvements, resolving complex resident issues and ensuring service charges are managed in line with agreements.

Competenze

• Experience leading housing/leasehold/property management teams.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality services against KPIs.
• Strong understanding of housing management and service charges.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a team of housing and property professionals to deliver resident-focused services.
• Oversee service charge activity and ensure contractual obligations are met by agents.
